Lake Lemon

I am going to introduce Lake Lemon. This is a lake in the north-east of Bloomington. Lake Lemon was built in 1952 as part of a water supply program for the city of Bloomington. However, nowadays you can go there for rowing, picnic, or just to have a peace of mind. It has been really peace and quiet on last few months. However, I really do not know how crowded it will be in the summer. You need to take E State Road 45 to get there from the town. It is 15 miles to drive from downtown, which usually takes almost 25-30 minutes to get there. I am also adding a picture of the lake, which is taken from panoramio.com

  1. That's a lovely picture! I've never been to that lake before. I should go sometime this summer!
